About Zermatt
One of the best Alpine towns in Switzerland, this popular resort offers great skiing, hiking, mountaineering, and splendid landscapes.
Zermatt is famed as a mountaineering and ski resort of the Swiss Alps. Until the mid-19th century, it was predominantly an agricultural community; the first and tragic ascent of the Matterhorn in 1865 was followed by a rush on the mountains surrounding the village, leading to the construction of many tourist facilities. Much of the local economy is based on tourism, with about half of the jobs in town in hotels or restaurants and just under half of all apartments are vacation apartments. The petroglyphs and prehistoric grinding stone at Hubelwang is listed as a Swiss heritage site of national significance..

Enjoying an elevated, quiet but central position in Zermatt, 200 metres from the Sunnegga Cable Car, BEAUSiTE Zermatt offers beautiful panoramic mountain views, as well as an indoor pool, spa facilities and free WiFi access.
Each room features a TV and a minibar, and some units also have views of the Matterhorn Mountain.
A breakfast buffet with a live cooking station is available every morning. In the evening, the restaurant of BEAUSiTE Zermatt serves Swiss and international cuisine, as well as regional specialities, such as Fondue and other cheese dishes.
Guests can spend cosy moments at the open fireplace in the piano bar or enjoy the spa area. It is possible to relax for free in the sauna, the steam bath, the hot tub and the large pool with 30 °C water temperature and view of the Matterhorn. On request, beauty treatments and massages can be arranged.
