About Spiez
As if plucked from a postcard, this lakeside town is surrounded with lush scenery, serving as a great starting point for exploring the area.
Spiez is a town and municipality in the Bernese Oberland region of the Swiss canton of Bern. Spiez is located on the south shore of Lake Thun, stretching along a ridge that separates the lake front from the Kander river that runs parallel and to the south. The medieval castle in the town dates from the 15th and 16th Centuries. Visitors can visit the grand halls within the castle, including the Baroque Banquet Hall built in 1614. The Bürg archeological site with prehistoric and medieval settlement ruins, the Swiss Reformed castle church, Spiez Castleand the Weinbauernhof are listed as Swiss heritage site of national significance.

The Eden Spiez has 3 room-categories with different amenities. All rooms feature parquet floor,
modern sleeping system, open or closed bathroom, minibar, tea/coffee station and free WiFi.
In the Belle Epoque restaurant, we serve seasonal specialities made from mainly regional ingredients.
Our kitchen team complements the culinary highlights with herbs, fruits and vegetables from our
Eden Garden. The cosy Bistro-Bar invites you all day long to linger and enjoy coffee specialities, Spiez wine and light bistro dishes in peace and quiet. During the Summer, we are happy to spoil you on our lakeside terrace.
Relax in our 650-sq meter Eden Spa. Enjoy the power of the elements in the outdoor brine pool (33
degrees) with "fountain of youth water", bubbling attractions and underwater loungers. A salt room
with Himalayan salt stones, a Finnish sauna with salt stone wall, a bio sauna, a steam bath and a
