Ioannina (often called Yannena within Greece) is the capital and largest city of Epirus, a region in north-western Greece.
Ioannina has a wealth of attractions and museums, some of the more notable are the islet on Lake Pamvotis, The Castle Located in the center of the town and the Historic Centre of Ioannina where You can see small traditional shops and houses.
