About Pori
The medieval Pori celebrates its port heritage, trade history, and cultural roots, that culminate in its annual jazz festival.
Pori is a city on the west coast of Finland. It is widely known for its international jazz music festival. The nine-day festival is held annually in July and is one of the major jazz festivals in Europe as well as one of the largest culture events in Finland.
Yyteri Beach is located 17 kilometres out of the city center. The six-kilometre-long beach is one of the largest in the Baltic Sea. The beach houses a hotel/spa, camping/caravan park and a golf course.
