Pamporovo is a popular ski resort in Smolyan Province, southern Bulgaria, one of the best-known in Southeastern Europe. It is set amongst Norway spruce forests and is primarily visited during the winter for skiing and snowboarding. It is also a popular tourist place in summer. The hub of Pamporovo comprises a number of hotels and bars. It is also one of the southernmost skiing resorts in Europe. It is a family-friendly resort and suited for complete beginners and intermediates.

Offering ski-to-door access, Complex Kamelia is positioned in Pamporovo on ski slope № 7, at an altitude of 1650 metres. It offers an indoor pool, fitness centre, steam bath and Finnish sauna. A multifunctional sports' field, where football or tennis can be practiced, is at guests' disposal as well. Massage treatments can be also arranged.
Apartments at Complex Kamelia have modern furnishings and fittings. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and private bathroom with a shower are provided. The rooms also have a fully-equipped kitchenette with an open plan dining and living area and a fireplace. The balcony opens to scenic mountain views.
Wi-Fi in public areas are available free of charge. The hotel can also arrange rental cars and airport transfers.The hotel has an indoor and outdoor playground. There is also a private ski wardrobe.
The hotel’s 2 restaurants serve a variety of Bulgarian and European dishes, as well as grilled meals. Breakfast and dinner are provided at a surcharge on site. 2 conference halls are available.
