About Ulcinj
A charming town, best-known for its array of sandy beaches, as well as its mosques and a medieval fort.
Ulcinj is the southernmost town in Montenegro. The town of Ulcinj has a population of which the majority are Albanians. It is the center of Ulcinj Municipality and the center of the Albanian community in Montenegro. The Day of Ulcinj is held every first Saturday of April. It symbolizes the end of the collection of olives, the output of the sailors at the sea, and the beginning of the tourist season. Ulcinj is founding member of National Assembly of Albanian Municipalities created in 26 November 2012. Its main attractions include Velika Plaza, Church of St. Maria,Namazgjahu Mosque, Ladies Beach, Sailors' Mosque, Ulcinj Castle, and more.

All rooms and studios at the RESIDENCE Apartments are modernly furnished and bright. They offer air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom with shower. Studios also feature a fully equipped kitchenette, while all units feature a balcony.
RESIDENCE Apartments offers an on-site restaurant and bar, located on the rooftop terrace. A children’s playgrounds is located near the beach, while a grocery shop is 100 meters away.
Guests can enjoy kite surfing just 5 km from the property. Kayaking is possible on Bojana River, 13 km away. The river is also famous for numerous restaurants. Skadar Lake, a National Park, can be found 35 km away. Organised tours to rafting sites and the lake, as well as canyons and monasteries can be booked on site.
Boat trips, parasailing activities, fish picnics and fishing trips, as well as off-road motorbike courses can be organised on site. Jet ski, bike and car rental is also available.
Ulcinj's Old Town can be reached in 3.5 km and features, a very well preserved castle-like community left over from medieval times. The Old Town sits atop a mountain overlooking the shore and is a tourist attraction on its own.
A bus station can be found 1.5 km away, while Podgorica Airport can be reached in 52 km. Shuttle service can be arranged at a surcharge. Read more...
